In short
We collect only what is needed to run the service, encrypt your exchange secret, never take custody of your funds, and never sell your data.
1. What we collect
Account information: your email address and authentication identifiers, handled through our authentication provider (Clerk).
Exchange credentials: the API key and secret you choose to connect. The secret is encrypted at rest and used only to execute the trades you configure. We never request or store withdrawal permissions.
Usage data: strategies, parameters, backtests, and bot activity you create, plus standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Billing data: handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. We do not see or store your full card details.
2. How we use it
To provide the service: run backtests, execute the bots you configure on your connected exchange account, display your results, and manage your subscription.
To secure and improve the service, and to communicate with you about your account or support requests.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your exchange API keys for anything other than executing the trades you configure. We never take custody of your funds.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the processors that make the service work — our authentication provider, payment provider, exchange APIs you connect, and cloud/hosting infrastructure — and only as needed to deliver the service or comply with law.
5. Data security and retention
API secrets are encrypted. We retain your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after you delete your account or your stored keys. You can remove your API keys at any time from Settings.
6. Your choices
You can disconnect your exchange keys, stop or delete your bots, and request deletion of your account at any time. For data requests, contact us via the Support page.
