1. What GetPerpetuum is

GetPerpetuum is a software tool that backtests and executes trading strategies based on statistical and mathematical models. It is not an investment adviser, broker, or fund manager. It does not provide personalized financial advice.

The service does not promise, guarantee, or imply any profit or specific return. Backtested and historical figures are hypothetical and do not predict future results.

2. Eligibility — restricted jurisdictions

GetPerpetuum is not offered to, and may not be used by, residents or citizens of the United States, or any person located in a jurisdiction where automated cryptocurrency-derivatives trading or access to the underlying exchange is prohibited or restricted by law.

By using the service you represent that you are not a U.S. person and that you are not located in any such restricted jurisdiction. The underlying exchange (Binance) does not serve U.S. customers; trading through this service requires an account on an exchange that is lawfully available to you.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency and derivatives involves substantial risk and can result in the loss of your entire balance. Automated trading does not remove this risk.

You choose the strategy and parameters. The trading decisions, positions, and outcomes are yours, and you accept full responsibility for them. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

4. Automated execution

When you enable live trading, you authorize GetPerpetuum to place orders on your connected exchange account on your behalf, according to the configuration you set. You may stop a bot at any time.

We are not liable for losses arising from market conditions, slippage, exchange downtime, API errors, latency, or interruptions in service.

5. Exchange API keys

API keys you provide are encrypted and used solely to execute your configured trades. Use keys with trading enabled and withdrawals disabled. You are responsible for the security and permissions of your keys.

6. No warranty / limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetPerpetuum and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or trading losses.

7. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via our Support page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are for access to the software, not for any trading result.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Because subscriptions grant immediate access to digital software, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period. If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days via the Support page and we will review your case in good faith.

Payments and subscription billing are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the transaction.

9. Privacy

We collect only what is needed to run the service — your account email, your encrypted exchange API keys, and basic usage data. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
